MEDIATOR IN LAGOS
End To Crisis Sought (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LAGOS, April 10. A British Commonwealth Secretariat representative has arrived in Lagos to investigate the possibility of a Commonwealth mediation initiative to settle Nigeria’s constitutional crisis. The arrival last week of Mr A. L. Adu, of Ghana, the assistant executive secretary of the Commonwealth Secretariat, coincides with increased tension.
