Aust. Ballet Reception
Mr M. G. B. Coultas, the Australian Trade Commissioner in the South Island, and Mrs Coultas, were hosts at an Australian Ballet Foundation reception after the premiere of “Raymonda” on Friday evening. Guests included the Mayor Christchurch (Mr G. Manning) and Mrs Manning, the Bishop of Christchurch (the Very Rev. W. A. Pyatt) and Mrs Pyatt, representatives of the consular corps, the armed service, the university, local bodies, kindred associations, the professions, trade and business community, airways, radio and press.
