These Laboratories are at present situated in th* Medical School Building. Applicants must have passed the University Entrance Examination and it is necessary that Chemistry has been taken to University Entrance standard. Applicants should be prepared to follow the five-year Course required to obtain the Certificate of Proficiency tn Hospital Laboratory Practice of the Health Department. The successful candidates will be required to -carry out routine diagnostic laboratory work and will be given a systematic course of instruction to prepare them for the Certificate of Proficiency Examination. The salary is in accordance with the Hospital Employment (Laboratory Workers ) Regulations and commence at £595 per annum rising by annual increments to £930 in the fifth year.
