Supplies of most vegetables I were plentiful at Christchurch fruit and produce markets yesterday, although potatoes were I not as readily available as at the same time last year. At 10s to 13s a sack, prices for potatoes remained firm. Cauliflowers sold more cheaply at 4s to 7s a case, but prices for carrots were higher than last week at 15s to 32s a case.
