Here is a different way of serving potatoes. They are cooked In foil and served in their shiny wrapping. Allow 1 medium-sized potato and 1 medium-sized onion per person. For 4 persons, allow i cup butter, 2 teaspoons garlic salt, Paprika. Method: Peel the potatoes and slice the onions. Cut the potatoes crosswise into i inch slices; place in the centre of a foil wrap approximately 9x6 inches being careful to keep the shape of the potato. Place an onion slice between the potato slices; spread the top with 1 tablespoon of softened butter, sprinkle with salt and paprika. Fold securely and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes.
