Court Move Welcomed
(N.Z Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 22. The proposal of the Minister of Justice (Mr Hanan) to introduce legislation this year to relieve stipendiary magistrates of the burden of handling thousands of minor traffic cases was welcomed in Auckland today by the senior Magistrate, Mr L. G. H. Sinclair.
