(Special Crspdt. N.Z.PA.) GUNNEDAH (New South Wales). The touring Merlvale-Papanui Rugby team beat Tamworth, 18-0, on Tuesday. In spite of intense heat —the game was played in a 90deg. temperature—the Rugby was bright and open. For the tourists, tries were scored by Aranga. L. S. McCaughan and Enser. Pirie converted all three tries and kicked a penalty.
