INJURED IN EYE
Mr K. O. Williams, aged 39,
of 85 Waimea street, was struck in his left eye with a slug when he was firing an air pistol at his home yesterday. He was lying on the lawn with the pistol and air rifle beside him when a St. John ambulance arrived. He was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital where his condition was reported to be satisfactory.
