The main heir is Mr Luce’s widow, Mrs Clare Booth Luce, who will receive proceeds of a trust of 180,000 shares of common stock in Time, Inc., as well as all his residential and personal properties. His will bequeaths 149,465 common shares to the Henry Luce Foundation. The bulk of the remainder of the estate, 143,110 common shares, is divided between his two sons.
