The appointment will be to the grade of Telecommunications Inspector or Senior Telecommunications Inspector according to qualifications and experience and will be on contract for a period of three years in the first instance. A gratuity equal to 45 % of the salary earned will be paid on completion of the contract Tourist Class air passages for the officer, his wife and family to and from the Colony will be provided and overseas leave at the rate of 3} days per calendar month of resident service will be granted at the end of tbe contract to officers receiving up to £2031 per annum inclusive and four days per calendar month to officers receiving £2031.
