Officers elected at the annual meeting of the Christchurch branch of the BritishIsrael - World Federation (N.Z.) held this week were: —Patron, Mr J. Stout; president, Mr C. Munnings; vicepresident and deputy chairman, Mr D. G. Muir; vicepresident and honorary librarian, Mrs A. E. Boulnois; honorary secretary, Mrs H. J. Browne; honorary treasurer, Mr N. O. Stevens; honorary auditor, Mrs S. Craig. Mr Munnings will represent the branch at the New Zealand annual congress of branches in Wellington in April.

Rare Penny.—An English 1869 penny, in almost mint condition, was sold by auction in London yesterday for £225, “The Times” reported. —London, March 9.
