Swimming: Junior Olympics at Woolston Park. Harriers: New Zealand team competes in special five-mile event at London.

Bowls: All-day tournament at Woolston W.M.C.; Floodlight tournament at Cashmere. Water Ski-ing: New Zealand championships at Lake Karapiro. Wednesday, March 15.
