TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1953 WAIMAIRI COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME PROPOSED CHANGE NO. 5 THE Walmalrl County Council hereby gives notice that the hearing of objections to the proposed change No. 5 relating to the Waimalrl County District Scheme will be held at the , uocll Chambers at the corner of Clyde and Jeffreys roads on the 12th and 13th days of April, 1997, commencing at 7.09 p.m. on both evenings. All persons who wish to be heard in support of or opposition to any objection shall notify the Council accordingly *>y, the 2nd day of April, 1967. The objections are available for inspection and copying at the County Office, at the corner of Clyde and Jeffreys roads and forms are available upon which objectors or supporters are to lodge their opposition or support to the objection. A copy of the notice of objection or support is to be served on the objector by the opposer or supporter as the case may be. The following are the particu- i lar days each objection will be heard and a summary of the subject matter of objections received by the Council. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12—
