More Power For Crowns

More powerful engines are now being fitted to the Crown range of Toyota cars sold in Australia. The 2000 c.c. 2-litre engines fitted previously have been replaced by 2300 c.c. units producing 115 b.h.p., compared with the old model’s 110 b.h.p. The range comprises two saloons and a station waggon. One of the saloons, the deluxe Crown Custom Six, is already being assembled in Melbourne.
