ARRIVAL OF CASUALTIES

Wounded, Sick Australians

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, Feb. 28. Fifty-one wounded and sick soldiers arrived back in Australia today from Vietnam in one of the largest Australian aircraft medical evacuations since the Second World War. A tight security screen surrounded the Richmond Air Force base, near Sydney, when the Hercules aircraft carrying the men touched down.

The aircraft was taxied to a special dispersal area 400 yards from the main air terminal.

A fleet of 21 ambulances took the wounded men to hospital.
