New Station Contract Let

NELSON, February 24.
The Broadcasting Corporation has let a contract for about £79,500 for the construction of a new building for Radio 2XN in Nelson, the station manager, Mr S. Harris, said today. The building; at the corner of Trafalgar square and Church street, was expected to be occupied in 18 months. The builders will be Hunter Construction and Agency, Ltd.
Anzac Veterans.—The annual Anzac Day march in Sydney will be shortened by half a mile this year to ease the strain on First World War veterans taking part—Sydney, February 23.
