Trials Date Changed
The date for the Canterbury Trotting Owners’ and Breeders’ Association March trials has been changed again. They will now be held on March 7. The original date was altered to avoid inconvenience to the Spotswood Trotting Club which is holding an equalisator meeting; but the new date clashes with the annual yearling sales. Entries for the trials will now close at 4 p.m., on February 23. Bracket—Black Tulip and Stewart Hanover will be bracketed in the Hutchinson Stakes ot Addington on Saturday night. Mobile Barrier.—The mobile barrier will be available at Addington tomorrow at 10 a.m. for two-year-olds engaged at the New Brighton meeting on Saturday.
