"The Press” Special Service AUCKLAND. The reappearance of Tobias will attract attention in the Alexandra Handicap, the first leg of the T.A.B. double on the second night of the Auckland Trotting Club’s meeting tomorrow.
tl will be his first race since he completed a hat-trick with a brilliant win in the Robin Dundee Stakes at Cambridge on January 10. A dashing performance at barrier trials at Alexandra Park on Tuesday showed that he was in top form. Scotleigh is fancied for the second leg, the St. Andrew’s Handicap. The track will be fast.
