FLIGHTS TO MOSCOW

Regular Link With N.Y. (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MOSCOW, Jan. 23. The first regularly-sched-uled airline flights between Moscow and New York will begin in May, American sources said yesterday, according to United Press International. The sources said an agreement for the new service will be signed today by a five-man team headed by Mr John Shannon, senior vice-presi-dent for operations of Pan American World Airways, and Soviet Civil Aviation officials. Panam officials said each line will fly one plane a week each way in the winter and two each way a week in the summer.
