SYDNEY On the Sydney stock market B. stole the limelight yesterday with a 12c rise to 666. The mining market tended to be a shade firmer with both Mount Isa and C.R.A. recording slight gains. MELBOURNE Industrials generally were steady in quiet trading, in an ticipatlon of results of tests of the Marlin Cl well, expected soon. Business Equipment featured wfth a drop of 15 cents to 235. The Reserve Bank has refused to approve terms of a takeover offer by Litton Industries of the U.S. The chairman said further talks would be held. Base metals and oils were steady.
