Having criticised the N.Z.B.C. for looking backwards every New Year, I intend to do the same. To forestall criticism I must say that I don’t object to an annual review being done; I merely object to the way in which it is done. The N.Z.B.C. is an organisation but it is human, and like ourselves it has had its disappointments, its successes, and its failures in the past year.
