Every dav as Nadine Wiseman went to work for the last two weeks she could not help seeing a large bill-board on the the way reading—“ Nadine I love you. Will you marry me? Garth.” She said yesterday that she would accept on the same bill-board on one of Salt Lake City’s busiest streets. Garth is Garth Heiner, aged 31, a pharmacist Miss Wiseman, aged 23, is an employee of a Salt Lake City television station. They have been dating for about five months.
