Greeting From Luna XIII

The Russian moonship Luna XIII might be given orders to broadcast New Year greetings to the world across 240,000 miles of space, scientists said today.
Space experts told Tass that Luna XIH might have enough power left to send greetings to the earth on New Year’s Eve.
