Swimmer Sets N.Z. Record
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. In a special attempt at the Newmarket Pool, Auckland last evening, Miss M. Macrae clipped 4.3 sec off the New Zealand women’s 880 yards freestyle record. Miss Macrae clocked lOmin 45.55ec. This time also bettered her own Auckland record by B.2sec.
