Police Search Near Home

HAMILTON, Dec. 20.

No trace has yet been found of the elderly Hamilton woman, Mrs Jane Frances McMullin, who has been missing from her home for nearly a week.

She is aged 77, and believed to be not very strong.

Yesterday about 16 police I with several dogs combed the 'area in which she lived, but iwith no success. Every gully, house enclosure and section within a quarter of a mile of Mrs McMullin’s home was searched. Launches also searched the river, and patrols went as far as Horotiu.
