VACANCItS—MMIS THE FARMERS' ANNOUNCE that applications are now invited for their annual intake of— CLERICAL TRAINEES At the commencement of each year suitable applicants are given the unrivalled opportunity of training for a career in a wide variety of office activities. A system of job rotation ensures a thorough grounding in the overall nature of our diversified interests and at the same time allows us to assess the career best suited to individual personalities. Periods of six months to one year will be spent in one or more of our office sections. In this way a thorough appreciation of the activites of each section is obtained, and a preference to pursue a particular field invited. The aim is to have you succeed by providing opportunities to develop fully your talents and abilities. Every encouragement is given to those wishing to undertake private study and refunds on study and examination fees are given on the successful completion of the appropriate examinations. The achievement of a satisfying career is then up to you. If you are 16-18 years of age. have School Certificate or University Entrance, are enthusiastic ’enough to start at the bottom and work up in an organisation where promotion is given on merit rather than seniority and would like to obtain further information, call in and see our Personnel Officer at the first opportunity.
