PUBLIC NOTICES WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL PROPOSED BY-LAWS PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Walmalri County Council at a Special Meeting convened for the purpose and held In the Council Chambers, Fendalton, on the 17th November, 1966, resolved by way of special resolution to make a By-law, the short title of which Is the “Walmalri County By-law 1966 (No. 1),” the object and purport of such By-law being as follows: To repeal the Walmalri County By-law 1934 and amendments thereto and further Bylaws made since that date, other than those relating to the erection and construction of buildings and to add to the matters previously covered by the 1934 By-laws provisions governing the administration of amusement devices and shooting galleries, beaches and river banks, public libraries and public paths and swimming pools. Further notice Is given that the said resolution will be sub mltted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Walmalri County Council to be held in the Council Chambers. Fendalton, on Thursday. December 15. 1966, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order A copy of the said By-law may be Inspected during office hours at the County Office, Clyde road.
