November 30, 1966. 8655 HALSWELL COUNTY COUNCIL APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN NOTICE is Hereby Given that the Halswell County Council at a meeting held on Thursday, November 17, 1966, resolved to apply to the Local Authorities’ Loans Board for sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £215,000 for the purpose of constructing a sewerage system in the Halswell County Special Sewerage Rating Area. Pursuant to section 6 of the "Local Authorities’ Loans Regulations, 1957,” a special ratepayers’ poll has been prepared and will be open for inspection at the County Office, 381 Halswell road, Christchurch 3, from December 1, 1966, to December 7, 1966, during office hours.
