Canterbury, Nelson and Marlborough.—Moderate to fresh west to south-west winds; fine; mild afternoon temperatures. Outlook: fine.
Buller and Westland.—Moderate to fresh west to south-west winds; mainly fine. Outlook: cloud increasing. FORECAST TO MIDNIGHT
