Lawry To Be Captain

W. M. Lawry, the Australian opening batsman, has been invited to take over the captaincy of the Rest of the World XI against Barbados in the five-day match in Bridgetown, starting on March 8.
He will replace the Australian captain, R. B- Simpson, who has withdrawn from the team. R. W. Barber, of Warwickshire and England, will replace Simpson.
