Health Stamps

Health stamp sales reached £17,666 in the Christchurch postal district by the end of October, the chairman of the district health committee (C. L. Martin) said yesterday. This was £l2Ol more than for the same period last year. Sales in October amounted to £359. Mr Martin suggested that the public use health stamps when posting Christmas mail. Sales of the 1966 health stamp will close on November 30.
