Visit To Moscow
(N.Z.P.A. -Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Nov. 6. The British Foreign Secretary, Mr George Brown, will pay a surprise informal visit to Moscow on November 22 and 23 for talks on Vietnam, nuclear non - proliferation and other world issues. British officials said today that his main discussions will be with the Soviet Foreign Minister, Mr Andrei Gromyko. It will be Mr Brown’s first visit to Moscow. This visit will be in addition to the more formal and longer official visit that Mr Brown is due to pay to the Soviet Union early next year.
