Resiting Planned Resiting the judge’s box at Addington Raceway on a higher level was planned, said Mr L. S. Smart, chairman of Addington Raceway Ltd., yesterday. Mr Smart said the raceway architects were instructed some weeks ago to investigate resiting the judge’s box and make recommendations. So far their report had not been received. The judge for the three Christchurch trotting clubs (Mr Mace), recently resigned. It is believed that the site of the judge’s box was his reason.
