Joint Testing Station

Good progress Is being made with the joint vehicle testing station of the Waimairi and Paparua County Councils and the Riccarton Borough Council at Sockburn, and it should be opened as planned on December 5. It was feared at one stage that the British shipping strike would delay the delivery of equipment; but it has all come to hand. Braketesting gear will be installed next week.
