Tall Men Sought
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, Oct 24. The Tall Women’s Association of Australia will hold its sixth birthday meeting in Sydney tomorrow. The association, which now has more than 800 members, includes many single women who want the shy, tall men of Sydney, to form their own club so that both sexes can meet on their own level. The association’s president (Miss M. Irvine) said: “We got together six years ago to ask for a new deal in clothing for tall women. The clothing problem has been nearly solved, but now there remains matters of the heart “A lot of our members are single and finding it hard to meet men their own Size. But we know there are extra tall men in Sydney with the same problem.”
