No Sunday Commercials
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 21. The Minister of Broadcasting (Mr Scott) denied today that the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation was planning to commercialise radio or television programmes on Sundays after the General Election. Replying to a question in Parliament from Dr. A. M. Finlay (Opp., Waitakere), he said: “I don’t know where the member obtained this information —but it is totally incorrect.”
