The two-storey concrete building contains two shops of 850 square feet and a single storey portion of 5700 square feet on the ground floor. Upstairs there is 1950 square feet of office accommodation.
The property was offered on account of the estate of A. Swanston by Sherris and Wilson, Ltd., acting in conjunction with Baker Brothers, Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr Colin Robertson.
