Two Injured In Collision

Two persons were injured when a car and a school bus collided near the Hapuka bridge, on the Main North road eight miles north of Kaikoura, at 3.40 p.m. yesterday. None of the nine children in the bus was injured. A passenger in the car, Basil Turner, of 20 Wai-iti street, Fendalton, was admitted to the Kaikoura Hospital with an injured knee. The driver of the car, Eric George Ware, of 16 Heathfield avenue, Christchurch, was discharged after having stitches in a cut on the forehead.
