A race from Plcton conducted by the Christchurch South Pigeon Flying Club resulted: J. Turner, 3:48.40. 1; E. Courtier, 3:49.14, 2; R. Wallace, 3:49.19, 3; H. Courtier, 3:50.00, 4; R. Lowe, 3:50.15, 5; W. Kirk, 3:51.43, 6. Nominated bird prize: Turner. Thirteen owners sent 109 birds. East Christchurch Club Results of flock races from Palmerston North and Invercargill by the East Christchurch Pigeon Club were:— Palmerston North flock race: C. Hoogervosk, 5:43.23, 1; B. Partridge, 5:44.04, 2; N. Elstob, 5:44.08, 3; A. Buckley, 5:44.46, 4: F. Thyne, 5:45.05, 5; D. Morgan, 5:45.12, 6. Ladles’ prize: Mrs C. Hoogervosk; nominated bird prize, Thyne. Invercargill flock race: Mann and Anderson, 7:10.05, 1; N. Elstob, 7:15.03, 2; L. Seeker, 7:18.31, 3: B. Partridge, 7:20.48, 4: F. Thyne, 7:22.57, 5; E. Barker, 7:22.36, 6.
