3120 Pens Stolen

Two hundred and sixty dozen ball-point pens valued at £144 were stolen from the premises of Biro-Swan and Gollin (New Zealand), Ltd., 154 Durham street, between September 9 and September 16. A radio valued at £2B was stolen from a flat in Holly road on Saturday night. A heater valued at £5 9s 6d was taken from a vacant house in Rosebery street the same night. The occupier of a flat in Gloucester street disturbed a man in the building at 3.45 a.m. yesterday. The man. had entered the flat by removing louvre windows in the kitchen. Nothing was stolen.
