Australian Killed

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 15. A young Australian was killed and his two companions injured when a car struck a pole at the comer of Manukau road and Inverary avenue, Epsom, this evening. He bad not been identified late tonight. The driver, Michael Joseph Tola, aged 16, of 76 Manukau road, Epsom, and another passenger, Graham Patrick Mitti, of 29 King's road, Mount Roskill, are being treated at Green Lane Hospital for concussion, cuts and shock.
