Senior Golfers From U.S.
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. Nine golfers from the American Senior Golf Association's international team wild compete in a veterans’ tournament at Pukekohe today. The players’ handicaps range from 3 to 10. The captain, Mr E. F. Quittner, said that each year the-team was chosen from the 32 qualifiers for the Senior Golf Association’s championship. Members are accompanied by their wives. The team will play in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch before going to Sydney to compete in the New South Wales senior championships.
