The Swiss Ambassador to New Zealand (Mr E. de Graffenried) will make courtesy calls on the Mayor (Mr G. Manning) and the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce today. He will lunch with members of the Christchurch Consular Corps. Mr W. T. Bagnall, senior executive and technical director of the Northland Regional Planning Authority, has been awarded the Eisenhower exchange fellowship for 1967. —(P.A.)
