HOUSE SOLD FOR £2625
A five-roomed house on a section of 17.6 perches, zoned light industrial, at 131 Antigua street, was sold for £2625 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr D. Chapman. Two old houses on 54.3 perches, zoned residential B, at 26 and 30 London street, Richmond, were passed in at £3700. The auctioneer was Mr C. Robertson.
Both houses are subject to demolition orders.
A two-storey bungalow at 75 Pages road, North Linwood, was passed in at £4200. The auctioneer was Mr J. Allan. The house has three bedrooms, two livingrooms, a sunroom and kitchenette.
