Returning To Kiama

AUCKLAND, Aug. 29.
The Navy’s training ship, the former minesweeper Kiama, will leave Auckland on October 25 to visit the port of Kiama, south of Sydney, after which she was named. The Kiama will also call at Sydney and Jervis Bay, a training base for the Australian Navy. The ship will call at New Plymouth before crossing the Tasman, and will return to Auckland on November 17.
