Congratulation On Cemetery
The City Council will be congratulated by the Civic Trust on its scheme for improving the Barbadoes street cemetery. "It’s a good, intelligent and aesthetically pleasing proposal,” said Mr A. C. Brassington. “I’m very pleased with the whole scheme.” Mrs G. Hennessy said she did not like the proposed low concrete block wall. The trust board agreed to suggest to the council that the wall be made of brick or stone.
