Still Helping Dependants

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Aug. 22. The Shipwreck Relief Society is still paying money to the dependants of the crew of the sunken collifer Kaitawa. The society set aside £BOOO for the payments and is paying from £4O to £6O monthly to dependants, based on family requirements and responsibilities. The Auckland Supreme Court has had a draft scheme for the administration of the Kaitawa trust fund for more than a month, but the Public Trustee (Mr S. N. Hallett) said the Court has asked for more information. The fund, which is approaching £35,000, cannot be divided among dependants until a Court order is obtained, he said.
