Hotel Savoy
Property The Hotel Savoy property at 29-45 Manchester street, Christchurch, was passed in at £20,500 at public auction yesterday. The brick building, damaged by fire in March, is on a section of 92 perches, zoned commercial B. The building comprises two floors of 13,500 square feet. The section has frontages to Manchester street and Atlas lane. The property was offered on account of the estate of Edward William Roper by George Anderson and Son, acting in conjunction with Binns, Barber, and Keenan, Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr J. Dyer.
