FURTHER CHARGES
Car Firm In Court Again (N.Z. Press Association! WELLINGTON, Aug. 19. Two further charges were preferred against Fleetwood Motors, Ltd., in the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court this morning. The motor trading licence of the firm was cancelled recently when it was convicted for two breaches of the Motor Vehicle Dealers’ Act. The Department of Industries and Commerce is prosecuting.
The charges are that on September 9, 1964, Fleetwood Motors, Ltd., either by its servants or agents, sold' a motor-car at a price which was unreasonably high; and that on the same day it sold the same motor-car, in respect of which a special approval was in force, at a price not in conformity with such special approval. The case was adjourned until September 16, at the request of,Mr J. G. Dillon, who is appearing for Fleetwood Motors, Ltd.
