The foundation, for the study of heart attacks, will be established by Miss Taylor with the million dollars she will get for her next film. Clift, a close friend of Miss Taylor, died after a heart attack last month.

Miss Taylor and Clift appeared together in “A Place In The Sun,” “Raintree Country,” and “Suddenly Last Summer.”
